Body Works, Mobile Massage Born in St. Charles, Illinois, Carol now lives in Menifee California with her two girls. Carol has a passion for life and work as a massage therapist, and in her free time enjoys running, weight training, hiking, scuba diving and cooking.
In the early 90's she discovered massage therapy for herself to help with the physical stresses of being a professional horse trainer. Soon after she experienced a healing of chronic neck pain through massage therapy, and made the decision to make massage therapy her journey! Carol believes that health needs to be nurtured and strengthened from within oneself and that is why she loves to help and teach people to take responsibility for their own body, mind, and spirit. Massage therapy has changed her life on many levels and she would love for you to experience some of the same. She offers a unique blend of massage modalities in a tranquil setting, or if you prefer, in the privacy of your own home, or office. Carol became a Certified Massage Therapist through the " Academy of Holistic Health Arts " school in San Jacinto, California. Massage certifications include: Swedish, Hot Stone, Acupressure, Chair Massage, Polarity Therapy and Kinesiology. Carol prefers to use her knowledge for Sports Massage and Deep Tissue Massage. Massage Therapy continues to be an important part of Carol's ongoing education; she is continually taking advanced classes to further her knowledge. |
