Fast paced workouts using a variety of modes for individuals with previous workout experience.
What to Expect In addition to your strength training workouts you can also attend our free weekly nutritional and lifestyle workshops.
Fitness tips, nutritional planning and weight loss topics are covered each week. A free fitness assessment is conducted at the beginning of each month to create a baseline for new program participants and to record progress for those continuing the program.
The only thing left to do to round out your program is the cardio portion - and we'll help you plan that - you just have to do it.
